Chameleon is a clear non-yellowing resin. It is a two-part methacrylate, clear acrylic seaming adhesive designed for imperceivable bonding of various substrates, including hard surface products such as granite, engineered stone, quartz, marble, cultured marble, glass, sintered stone, porcelain, and various ceramic surfaces.

• Instructions:

  1. Confirm Color: Before proceeding to harden the resin, it is crucial to confirm that the color is correct. Compare the mixed resin with the color. Adjust the pigment if necessary to achieve the desired color.

  2.Prepare Hardener: Only use our hardener with the UV stable bulk resin. Prepare the hardener according to the recommended mix ratio. The recommended mix ratio is 1%-3%, with a maximum of 15%. Thoroughly mix the hardener with the resin.

  3.Application: Apply the mixed resin to the seams and miters of the slabs that need to be joined together. Ensure even distribution and adequate coverage for a strong bond.

  4.Working Time: The working time for the resin may vary but is generally around 4-7 minutes. Work efficiently to ensure proper application within the allotted time frame.

  5.Fixture Time: After applying the resin, allow it to fixture for 12-15 minutes. During this time, the resin will begin to set, but it will still be malleable enough to make any final adjustments if needed.

  6.Final Checks: Before the resin fully cures, double-check the seams and miters to ensure they are aligned correctly and that there are no air bubbles or imperfections.

  7.Curing: Once the resin has fully cured, it will provide a strong, durable bond. Allow ample time for complete curing before subjecting the fabricated piece to any stress or use.

  Following these instructions carefully will ensure a successful fabrication process resulting in high-quality seams and miters.
